Activage Kungsholmen

Activage Kungsholmen is a personal training studio on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, focused entirely on exercise for seniors. Every session is led by a personal trainer and takes place in small groups, with training adapted individually regardless of previous experience. The concept is built around circuit training at different levels — the so-called gula cirkeln is the starting point for new members — and the studio also offers Balansboosten, a programme designed specifically for balance and mobility.

The atmosphere is warm and social: coffee after sessions and a strong sense of community among members are part of the setup, not an afterthought.
