Activage S:t Eriksplan

Activage S:t Eriksplan is a fitness centre in Vasastan, at Birkagatan 27, catering exclusively to seniors. The offering is built around supervised circuit training in small groups, with a focus on strength, mobility and balance. In addition to the regular training sessions, there is Balansboosten – a specific programme to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls – as well as the option to book free trial classes and information sessions.
