Alex Rooth offers personal training in a private studio gym at Hälsingegatan 9 in Vasastan, Stockholm. Services include private 60-minute sessions as well as PT small group – group training in strength, circuit conditioning, guided meditation, breathing (breathwork) and martial arts.

The atmosphere is personal and stripped back, with a focus on quality rather than volume. Alex has a broad background: licensed personal trainer and nutrition adviser, certified martial arts instructor and PADI freediving instructor with experience from, among other places, Costa Rica and Freedive Nordic in Stockholm. A previous career in HR also provides a practical understanding of stress and performance in working life. Each private session weaves together training, mobility, breathing and nutrition discussion – all included in the price.
