Allfys

Allfys is a small, unstaffed gym in Solna with a deliberately limited membership. The facility shares premises with the companies Sthlm Physique and Kroppex, and the idea behind the concept is to offer a more personal and relaxed training environment than traditional large gyms can provide. The space is bright and open with a homely feel, and a maximum of 100–150 members are accepted in total. No more than 20 new members are permitted to join each month, and if occupancy is judged to be becoming too high, new sign-ups are temporarily paused.

The gym is open every day of the week between 06:00 and 22:00 and is accessible by key card without any staff on site. There are no lock-in periods — a cancelled membership runs until the end of the period already paid for. In addition to training, massage is offered as an add-on service.

Allfys was founded by experienced professionals in the health sector and describes itself as a concept under continuous development. The ambition is to gradually expand member benefits and create a broader offering within health and wellbeing. All contact and communication takes place by email.
