AO Performance Center

AO Performance Center in Hammarby Sjöstad offers personal training and rehabilitation with a whole-body perspective grounded in over two decades of experience by Andreas Öhgren. The centre works with strength, functional training and fascia-based movement training, combining performance development with rehabilitation within the same concept.
