Aspire Personal Training

Aspire Personal Training is a PT studio on Lidingö that specialises in strength and functional training for people over 40. Training is offered in three formats: Small Group Personal Training, Personlig träning and Kostrådgivning — all designed to fit into a busy everyday life with limited time.

Small Group Personal Training is the studio's core format and combines the benefits of individualised coaching with the energy of a small group. Each session is tailored to the participant's fitness level, and experienced coaches provide guidance throughout. The nutritional guidance complements the training with an individual meal plan, regardless of current habits and lifestyle.

Suited to those who want clear structure and personal follow-up, but prefer to train in a smaller setting rather than at an anonymous large gym. The studio is aimed primarily at people over 40 who want to reduce body fat, get stronger and improve their general wellbeing.
