BECORE Urban Escape

BECORE Urban Escape in Norrmalm, Stockholm is a fitness concept that combines three distinct disciplines under one roof: Megaformer pilates, mat classes and rhythm-based indoor cycling under the brand BeatCycle. The Megaformer sessions are run on purpose-built machines and challenge the whole body with slow, controlled movements, while the mat classes offer floor-based strength and mobility without equipment. BeatCycle is the studio's cycling concept, in which the workout is synchronised with the music.

The atmosphere is instructor-led and sessions are held in smaller groups, allowing room for technical feedback and individual adjustments.
