Caju Styrka

Caju Styrka is a personal training studio and functional training gym in Södermalm, Stockholm, focused on personal training and movement-based strength training. The offering centres on PT sessions and functional training where movement quality and strength are combined — a setup suited to those who want structured, coached training rather than working out independently in a large facility.

The studio appears to have a close and personal atmosphere where training takes place on a small scale with clear instructor presence. The combination of personal training and functional training means that each session is tailored to the individual rather than following a fixed group format.

A good fit for those who prefer coached strength training with a focus on technique and function, and who appreciate a smaller studio environment over an anonymous gym.
