Coach Albu is a coaching service on Södermalm in Stockholm, focused on personal training and online coaching for all levels. The offering covers 1:1 Online Coaching, on-site Personal Training and specialised HYROX coaching — including a 10-week HYROX programme and the programme Vardagsatleten for those who want to build sustainable strength and fitness in everyday life.

The coaching is led by Stephan Eriksson, known as Coach Albu, and is characterised by individually tailored programming, ongoing support and a holistic perspective that includes movement technique, recovery and lifestyle. This is not group classes in the traditional sense but a structured coach-client relationship — either digitally or in the gym — with a minimum six-month commitment for on-site PT.
