CrossFit Solid

CrossFit Solid is a CrossFit box located in central Stockholm, offering a broad range of training programmes for people at all levels. The box combines coach-led CrossFit classes with specialised programmes in Olympic lifting, strength and endurance, and is aimed at those who want to develop both physically and mentally through functional training.

In addition to group training, personal training with individually tailored plans is available, along with nutritional guidance and a dedicated programme called Solid Senior aimed at older members. Companies can also book bespoke training arrangements to strengthen team spirit and wellbeing in the workplace.

Those who want a trial class can come as drop-in without a fixed membership. New visitors are encouraged to book an initial coaching consultation to find the right training setup based on their own circumstances and goals. The schedule and all bookings are managed via the studio's website.
