CrossFit Stockholm

CrossFit Stockholm in Bromma Alvik is Sweden's first CrossFit gym and is located in Nexus STHLM. The training is based on functional movement patterns performed at high intensity with great variety – a system that combines strength, conditioning and mobility in every session.

Daily WOD sessions (Workout of the Day) form the core of the offering, structured so that both beginners and more experienced athletes can participate in the same group. The atmosphere has a classic box feel: results-oriented but inclusive, with coach-led group sessions where the instructor guides technique.

The studio is the first CrossFit gym in the Alvik area and has the distinction of having hosted the very first official CrossFit course in Sweden, in collaboration with the movement's founder.
