Cura Futuri Naprapati & Träning is a clinic and training studio located at Holländargatan 21B in Norrmalm, Stockholm. The business combines naprapathic treatment with personal training and massage therapy, with the aim of supporting patients from initial diagnosis all the way back to full function. The team works from a holistic perspective in which physical, psychological and social factors are weighed together during assessment and treatment.

Anton Fridhagen is a licensed naprapath specialising in naprapathy, ergonomics, sports medicine, massage, dry needling and acupuncture. He has previous experience working with sports teams in volleyball, lacrosse and football at both club and national team level. Henriette Holgert is a licensed personal trainer focusing on strength training, rehabilitation, and training during and after pregnancy.

The range of services covers naprapathic treatment, classical massage and sports massage, personal training, rehabilitation exercises, dry needling, acupuncture, PENS and shockwave therapy. The clinic also accepts patients via web consultation and offers tailored corporate agreements. New clients always begin with a consultation of approximately one hour.
