Emmas Ayurveda & stresshantering

Emmas Ayurveda & stresshantering is a small, personal practice in Nacka, located at Lilla Sicklakliniken at Sickla Strand. The offering centres on three areas: Thai yoga massage, Ayurvedic treatments, and somatic stress management – a body-oriented approach with the nervous system as its starting point.

Sessions are one-to-one and led by Emma Gustafsson, who emphasises presence and attentiveness in her way of working. There are no group classes – every session is individual and tailored. What sets the practice apart is the combination of traditional Thai yoga massage and somatic stress management, making it something more than a conventional massage concept.
