EMS Shape

EMS Shape is a training studio in Norrmalm, Stockholm, specialising in EMS training (electrical muscle stimulation) combined with functional training, HIIT and personal training.

The training formats include EMS sessions in which the entire body is activated simultaneously via a specially adapted training suit, often combined with strength and conditioning exercises in shorter, intensive sessions.

Sessions are typically 20–30 minutes long and are led by personal trainers in a small-group format or as individual PT sessions, providing a high degree of individual attention and personalisation.

What sets EMS Shape apart is its focus on EMS technology, a form of training that activates up to 90 percent of the muscle fibres and suits those who have limited time but want to achieve effective results. Suitable for those seeking time-efficient training with clear progression who prefer a more personal setup over large group classes.
