EMS SHAPE

EMS Shape is a training studio in Norrmalm, Stockholm, specialising in EMS training (electrical muscle stimulation) combined with functional training, HIIT and personal training.

The training formats include EMS sessions in which the entire body is activated simultaneously via a specially adapted training suit, often combined with strength and conditioning exercises in shorter, intensive sessions.

Sessions are typically 20–30 minutes long and are led by personal trainers in a small-group format or as individual PT sessions, providing a high degree of individual attention and personalisation.
