Enskede Träningsstudio in Enskede is a personal training centre focused on individual support, personal training and small-scale group exercise. The offering ranges from PT sessions and nutritional guidance to Small Group Training (SGT) with a maximum of eight participants per group – covering areas such as Strength & conditioning, Strength & mobility and Seniors in the gym. In addition, circuit training is included in all memberships, along with a small-group running course for those who want to improve their technique and run more efficiently.

The atmosphere is deliberately relaxed and welcoming – the studio places great emphasis on being a place where you can come exactly as you are. Group sizes are small and all training takes place in a coached environment, not self-directed sessions. What sets the studio apart is the owner's own background: Åsa Fagerlind Sundin went from non-exerciser to owner and runs the place on the conviction that discipline and routine matter more than motivation. The team also includes a PT and nutritional adviser with specialisations including running and a maternity licence for pregnant women and new mothers.

A good fit if you want more follow-up than a standard gym membership provides, or if you are looking for a small, coached setting rather than the anonymous environment of a large commercial gym.
