F4L CrossFit Lidingo

F4L CrossFit Lidingö is a CrossFit studio on Lidingö in Stockholm offering instructor-led group classes with a focus on functional training and technique. Classes run in small groups of 10–15 participants, giving each person the opportunity for individual feedback from experienced CrossFit instructors. For beginners there are Team classes and trial classes as an introduction, as well as a starter package of three personal training sessions under the Fit4Life brand.
