Fia Soul Wisdom

Fia Soul Wisdom is a holistic practice founded in 2018 by Sofia Felicidade Rego, based in Vasastan in Stockholm. The practice is aimed at people seeking a deeper understanding of themselves through spiritual guidance, energy work and holistic therapies. Sofia describes her approach as multidimensional healing, meaning that the work extends beyond the physical and encompasses emotional, mental, spiritual and ancestral dimensions.

Services are offered both in person in Stockholm and via online sessions, making them accessible regardless of geographical location. The range of treatments is broad and includes, among other things, Akashic Records readings, Access Bars, Reiki healing, Indian head massage, back massage, hot stone massage and transformative healing programmes of 7, 14 or 21 days. Bookings are handled through Bokadirekt.

Alongside the individual sessions, Sofia also runs a concept called Holistic Concierge, which operates as a network of holistic therapists and experts around the world. Payment is accepted via Mastercard, Visa, Swish or Plusgiro, and the practice is located at Karlbergsvägen 54 in Stockholm.
