Find Rhythm med Jenny Berglund Castro is a wellness concept founded by Stockholm-born instructor Jenny Berglund Castro, who after many years in New York and Los Angeles is now based in her home city. The business focuses on meditation, yoga, breathing exercises and healing arts, and is aimed at both private individuals and corporate clients. Jenny is a certified meditation teacher (285 hours), yoga instructor (250 hours), Reiki Master Teacher, and practitioner of intuitive healing and mindfulness.

Sessions are offered both online and in person, now primarily through the studio Home in Yoga at Birkagatan 23 in Vasastan, Stockholm, which opened in April 2025. The offering includes yin yoga, gentle stretching, meditation classes, breathwork, reiki treatments and intuitive healing work. The corporate packages go by names such as Highly Meditated, Remote Clarity and Team Reset, and Jenny has worked with clients including H&M Move and Food Pharmacy.

Jenny teaches in both Swedish and English, and also has free meditation exercises available via Spotify and the app Insight Timer. First-time visitors can try a complimentary class at Home in Yoga.
