Flow Breathwork AB, led by Rosanna Holmström, offers science-based breathwork training in Bromma, Stockholm. The focus is on breathwork sessions designed to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and improve performance – for both individuals and organisations.

The offering includes guided breathwork experiences, coaching, retreats and events, as well as BNSI training (Breathwork for Nervous System Integration). Rosanna also leads large-scale workshops for companies and conferences.
