Flow Breathwork

Flow Breathwork AB, led by Rosanna Holmström, offers science-based breathwork training in Bromma, Stockholm. The focus is on breathwork sessions designed to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and improve performance – for both individuals and organisations.

The offering includes guided breathwork experiences, coaching, retreats and events, as well as BNSI training (Breathwork for Nervous System Integration). Rosanna also leads large-scale workshops for companies and conferences. The format ranges from individual coaching and online sessions via a dedicated app to live performances in front of thousands of participants.

The atmosphere is methodical and evidence-based rather than spiritual – practical tools are combined with physiological grounding.

Rosanna has, among other things, led breathwork at the Nobel Prize dialogue at Waterfront and taught World Fellows at Yale University, and works in parallel within cybersecurity – a background that shapes her perspective on performance under pressure.

Suitable for those who want to manage stress more effectively, improve focus and recovery, or who are looking for a concrete tool for long-term mental and physical health.
