Havstads Hälsa

Havstads Hälsa & Holistic Haven is a small, personal wellness business in Nacka, located in the red building at Tollare Folkhögskola. The offering spans yoga and mindfulness, massage, Reiki healing, Bach flower therapy, stress management and coaching conversations – as well as lectures and workshops.

Classes are held in very small groups of no more than six participants, creating a calm and focused atmosphere. Everything is run by Aase Havstad, who has spent twenty years training in stress management, yoga, healing and mindfulness. Regulating the nervous system is the common thread running through the entire business. Aase communicates in Swedish, English, Spanish and Catalan, making the studio accessible to a wider audience.

Suited to those who want to wind down, manage stress or engage with restorative exercise and treatments – and who prefer working with one and the same person in a calm, peaceful environment rather than a large collective fitness centre.
