Havstads Holistic Haven

Havstads Holistic Haven is located in Saltsjö-Boo, in the red building next to Tollare Folkhögskola, and is run by Aase Havstad. The offering covers gentle yoga and mindfulness, massage, Reiki healing, Bach flower therapy, stress management coaching, and lectures and workshops. Drop-in yoga can be booked directly, while yoga courses are registered via a contact form.

Classes are held in small groups of no more than six people, providing a personal and calm format with a focus on recovery and nervous system regulation. Aase has over twenty years of training in areas including stress management, healing and mindfulness, and the practice is certified by Kroppsterapeuterna and FaR-certified as an activity provider in Region Stockholm. Payment via wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag), Epassi and Hälsoresurs is accepted, and Aase holds sessions in Swedish, English, Spanish and Catalan.
