Hel Harmoni in Rönninge offers yoga and meditation with a focus on balance and recovery. There is also PT YinYoga for those who prefer individual guidance, Ljudresa for deeper relaxation, and a yoga programme combined with creative making. During summer, outdoor classes in YinYoga are held at the green space in Salem.
