Heyli

Heyli is a recovery concept in Sundbyberg that combines massage treatments, light therapy and multisensory environments to support the body and nervous system. The studio was founded by Anahit, a skin and spa therapist with extensive industry experience, and Mikaela, an economist and leader with a deep commitment to public health. Together they have created a concept that takes a holistic perspective on wellbeing, where treatment is one of several tools.

The offering is built around signature rituals adapted to the rhythm of the day: Morgonritualen, Återställritualen and Kvällsritualen. Each ritual weaves together light therapy, massage, movement and stillness in a carefully considered sequence. In addition to the rituals, individual massage treatments are available, including Svensk Klassisk Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Inre Ro Massage and Fötternas Vila, several of which are eligible for the wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) and can be booked via Epassi and Benifex.

The premises are divided into themed environments – Stranden, Spa-stranden, Strandcaféet and Trädgården – all designed to facilitate recovery through atmosphere and sensory impressions. Heyli caters to all age groups and plans to launch membership tiers for young people, students and seniors in the future. Booking is done via Bokadirekt.
