HM Naprapati

HM Naprapati is a small private practice in Stockholm operating from two locations: Telefonplan and Tullinge Hälsokälla. Behind the practice is Hanna, a licensed naprapath and certified Pilates instructor specialising in classical Pilates.

At Telefonplan, matwork is offered, while at Tullinge Hälsokälla you can train the full Pilates system including Reformer, Tower and mat, both in a personal training format and in group classes.

As this is a sole-practitioner practice, the personal encounter is central — all treatments and classes are individually tailored and based on a holistic perspective in which different techniques are combined. Hanna trained through The Pilates Standard and is certified following 600 hours of training, with a focus on classical Pilates and its six principles.

Suited to those who want one-to-one training in classical Pilates, or who are looking for naprapathy treatment combined with movement training.
