Lugnet48 is a holistic health clinic situated by the water in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm. The practice brings together a wide range of treatments and forms of exercise under one roof, with the aim of offering visitors a comprehensive experience of wellbeing and recovery.

The clinic offers naprapathy carried out by licensed therapists with extensive experience, several forms of massage including therapeutic, relaxing and classic Swedish massage with trigger point treatment, as well as sound therapy in which sound and vibrations are used for nervous system regulation. In addition, there is coaching focused on leadership, holistic health and women's health, as well as yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
