PTmorsan is a personal training business run by Jannice Kovács, focusing on strength training, fitness and outdoor bootcamp sessions in the Stockholm region. The offering includes group bootcamp classes, personal training and digital training programmes through a dedicated app. The bootcamp sessions have previously been held in Sjödalsparken in Huddinge and target the whole body with elements that build strength, flexibility and endurance.

The sessions are led personally by Jannice and take place in small groups outdoors, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere. The business is particularly accommodating for pregnant women and new mothers — exercises can be modified individually, and children are welcome to come along.
