Liljeholmens outdoor gym

Liljeholmens outdoor gym is located in Trekantsparken in Liljeholmen, a stone's throw from Liljeholmstorget and the lake Trekanten. The facility is run by the City of Stockholm and consists of eleven gym machines with adjustable weights, designed to work for visitors of different ages, fitness levels and abilities.

The gym is outdoors and open with no set hours or booking required — you train whenever it suits you. The presence of a staircase leading up towards Nybohovsbacken means a session can easily be supplemented with stair running, and a walking or running route around Trekanten is right next door. Municipal operation and free access make it one of the more accessible training options in the neighbourhood.
