Local Soul Nacka

Local Soul Studio is a smaller fitness studio operating from two locations in the Nacka area – in Sickla and in Nacka Strand. The studio concept is built around offering training in small groups where each participant receives personal attention from their coaches, rather than the anonymous atmosphere that often characterises larger gyms.

The offering spans several forms of exercise and suits different levels and needs. Available classes include yoga, pilates, meditation and high-intensity PT groups, as well as individual personal training and InBody measurement. For those who prefer to train from home, online classes in both strength training and yoga/pilates are also available. Regular pop up events complement the fixed schedule with shorter courses and themed sessions.

The studio was founded by Emma Ihrlund and has a distinctly personal and welcoming profile. Booking is done through the studio's own system and memberships are available at different levels – Bronze and Silver – along with the option to purchase a class pass or try the studio for ten days.
