Mother Earth Pilates - Pilates Stockholm

Mother Earth Pilates is a Pilates studio on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, located within Fridens Hälso Zenter at Fridhemsgatan 14, close to the Fridhemsplan underground station. The studio offers personal training (PT) and duo training in a machine studio equipped with STOTT Pilates machines, including the Reformer, as well as mat-based group classes in a separate room for up to six to ten participants.
