Nordic Pilates

Nordic Pilates AB in Vasastan offers Pilates training in central Stockholm. The facility operates under the Friskis umbrella and is located at Norra Stationsgatan 75, with a fully equipped gym of 800 square metres and a multi-purpose hall for daily group classes. The timetable includes the classes Skivstång, Multifys, Cirkelfys, Coreflex soft and Yoga — a broad selection covering everything from strength-focused training to mobility and recovery.

The atmosphere is accessible and unpretentious, with staffed hours on weekdays and weekends for those who want support in the gym. Free instructor assistance is included in the membership, and the premises are wheelchair accessible. What sets Friskis Hagastan apart from purely boutique studios is the association-based model — the operation is run on a non-profit basis, with thousands of volunteer instructors trained in their respective disciplines.

Suitable for those looking for an affordable and varied training option near Hagastaden, and who prefer a welcoming environment over exclusivity.
