The Nox Box Company

The NoxBox Company is a training centre for functional training and CrossFit, located in Johanneshov in Stockholm. The offering is broad: regular CrossFit classes, personal training, PT in small groups, and corporate training. In addition, there are several targeted course concepts — Strong Beginners for beginners in CrossFit, Strong Kids for children aged 6–11, Strong Teens for young people aged 12–17, Strong Family for the whole family, and Strong Mama for mothers.

Classes are led by instructors and the premises are accessible with an entry card from early morning until late evening, Monday to Sunday. What stands out is the range of age-adapted and target-group-specific courses under the Strong brand — a relatively unusual approach for a CrossFit box.
