Pilates Via

Pilates Via is a classical Pilates studio in Vasastan, Stockholm, with operations also in Östermalm, Kungsholmen and Södermalm. The offering covers group classes such as Essentiell Pilates for beginners, Progressiv Pilates for experienced practitioners at a higher pace, Gravid Pilates, Mamma Pilates for postnatal recovery, and Vintage Pilates in a gentler format.

In addition to group classes, private lessons are available in the studio, remotely, and as workplace sessions for office groups. Classes are led by internationally certified instructors and held in instructor-led, likely small groups suited to both beginners and those with extensive experience.

The studio follows classical Pilates methodology based on six core principles, and also offers certification training for prospective instructors in Matwork, Advanced Matwork and Reformer. The website is available in both Swedish and English, making it accessible to international visitors.
