POP Värmdö

POP Gym in Värmdö is a private PT studio focused on personal training and functional strength training, located on Fruviksvägen in Värmdö centrum. The studio offers tailored training packages – POP10, POP20 and POP30 – where the client trains one to three times a week over ten weeks, with options for single or duo. In addition to PT-led training, the programmes Stark kvinna, Styrkegruppen and Strong12 are available, as well as the option for personal training online.

The environment is small and private, without the crowding that characterises larger gym chains. Founder and CEO Nina Säbom started the studio in 2018 after years in the industry, with the goal of giving each client an individual plan rather than a standard template. Every package includes a nutrition and training programme, ongoing coaching via Discord and access to over 150 recorded exercises – the gym is open around the clock.

Suitable for those who want close personal follow-up, prefer a calm and secluded training environment over large gym halls, or who are new to strength training and want to build habit and confidence in a safe setting.
