STHLM Postural

STHLM Postural is a PT studio in Vasastan, Stockholm, specialising in postural training and manual treatment for those who want to address pain, stiffness or poor posture. The method combines postural correction, movement pattern analysis and individually tailored home training programmes – tools such as yoga blocks, bands and a mat are included in the setup.

Sessions are individual and instructor-led, with an average of two to six sessions spread over three to six months, complemented by daily home training four to seven times per week. Behind the studio is a qualified PhysioScale Coach, OptimumTränare and masseur with training from, among others, Optimumkliniken and Lillsved folkhögskola.

Suited to those seeking a long-term, evidence-based solution to chronic pain, movement difficulties or postural imbalance rather than short-term quick fixes.
