Pranama – The Center of the Great Heart

Pranama – The Center of the Great Heart is a community-oriented yoga centre on Södermalm in Stockholm, with a focus on body awareness and presence in movement. The offering ranges from studio-own concepts such as Embodied Yin™ and Embodied Flow™, which weave in somatic techniques and free movement, to more physically demanding classes such as Asana Lab and Embodied Spiritual Warrior. In addition, workshops, teacher trainings and immersions are offered with internationally invited teachers in the field of embodiment.

The atmosphere is warm and inclusive, with well-trained teachers and a clear grounding in yoga's classical traditions, tantric practice and somatic science. All classes are held in English to welcome participants regardless of background. Mats and props are available on site, and booking is done via the Bruce app.
