Private Training Online is a digital fitness service founded in 2012 that offers personal training and nutritional guidance entirely remotely, registered in Lidingö.

Through individually tailored training programmes and meal plans, the trainers work towards each client's specific goals, whether that involves weight loss, increased strength or improved general health. The programmes are updated every month and follow-ups take place on an ongoing basis. Everything is managed via a dedicated app where clients log their training, access their nutrition plan and can ask questions directly. Specific programme types include Viktminskningsprogram, Styrke- & Muskelprogram and Sommarformen-program, and the service accepts the wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag).
