PT Fransohn Hammarby Sjöstad

PT Fransohn is a personal training concept founded and run by Josefine Fransohn, a licensed personal trainer, group fitness instructor and health coach trained at Lillsveds Folkhögskola. The business operates across several locations in Stockholm – including Hammarby Sjöstad, Södermalm, Vasastan, Östermalm and Danderyd – and is aimed at anyone who wants to exercise, regardless of experience or goals.

The range of training on offer is broad and includes group fitness, personal training, corporate training, running courses and fitness trips. Josefine is also a qualified instructor in yoga, running and spinning, as well as a certified wellness massage therapist. In addition to training sessions, CPR training and massage are offered as complementary services. Classes are booked through the booking system Getmana, and sessions can be purchased as season passes or class passes.

The philosophy is built on the idea that exercise should be simple, accessible and personally tailored. Josefine's own journey – from avoiding running to taking part in ultramarathons – shapes the approach, where freedom of movement and the joy of exercise take centre stage rather than counting the number of sessions completed.
