SamadhiYoga

Samadhi Yoga is located in an 18th-century building at Lilla Nygatan 9 in Gamla stan and is a small, intimate yoga studio of approximately 42 square metres. The space accommodates up to twelve students per class and is equipped with yoga mats, bolsters, meditation cushions, yoga blocks and eye pillows. Infrared underfloor heating supports deep relaxation of muscles and connective tissue during practice.

The studio is run by Weronika Mrowczyk, a licensed physiotherapist and qualified yoga teacher with training in, among other disciplines, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Mediyoga. Classes are taught by certified teachers across a wide range of styles: Yin Yoga, Mjuk Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Hormon Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Integral Yoga. Reiki, meditation and mindfulness also feature on the timetable, and workshops are held on certain weekends. Some teachers offer classes digitally via Zoom.

In addition to regular classes, the studio space can be hired for private activities. Yoga and meditation accessories are sold through the studio's webshop and can also be purchased directly on site. The term runs from January and concludes around midsummer.
