Movements by Yogaville is the business behind spaOsånt Sverige AB, founded by Ann Sofie Fulici, who has run spa, massage and yoga services since 2006. The venture originally began in Knivsta, but in 2020 it moved towards a new chapter in northern Sardinia, and now offers training and movement programmes both online and on site at the farm Yogaville Sardegna.

At the heart of the offering is the in-house developed method Essensing™, a fascia-based form of movement that combines gentle movements with connective tissue flow to reduce pain, increase energy and improve mobility. The method is aimed at those who want to exercise gently without putting strain on the body, and can be accessed via a digital platform with a monthly subscription. Ann Sofie is a trained Viryayoga teacher, spa therapist, massage therapist and fascia lecturer.

In addition to the digital course offering, the farm in Sardinia welcomes a limited number of guests for stays in the guesthouse Casetta Verde. The business collaborates with partners in the fields of diet, nutrition and skincare, and is connected to the Epassi network.
