Sthlm Motion

Sthlm Motion is a studio gym located at Stora Gungans Väg 11 in Enskede, south of Stockholm. The facility brings together a team of personal trainers, movement specialists and instructors who collectively offer a wide range of training formats tailored to different goals and life situations.

The services include personal training, group personal training, lunchtime training and movement analysis. In addition, there are specialist programmes such as pregnancy yoga with birth preparation elements, postnatal training for new mothers and the dance initiative Flow & Glow. For those aiming to compete, Hyrox preparation training led by a certified Hyrox coach is also available. The clientele includes both people with specific performance goals and those with rehabilitation needs.

The team consists of eight active trainers and instructors, each specialising in their respective field, including yoga, dance, functional training and prophylaxis. Bookings are handled via the platform Peach, and the studio describes itself as a place where community and individual development are given equal weight alongside training results.
