Stockholm Saltspa & Yoga

Stockholm Saltspa & Yoga is located in Gamla stan and combines salt room treatments, yoga and therapeutic treatments under one roof. The class offering includes Saltyoga, Infraröd Premium Yoga, Infraröd Premium Pilates, Yinyoga, Medicinsk yoga, HormonyYoga, Sensing Yoga, Lymfatisk yoga, Mindfulness and Breathwork — as well as Gong sessions with Mattias Sundman. In addition to the movement classes, salt and light therapy, infrared heat therapy, massage, Reiki, Bach flower therapy and nutritional counselling are also available.

Classes are held in small, intimate groups in a salt room lined with rock salt from floor to ceiling, giving the space a distinctive appearance and an atmosphere that differs from a conventional yoga studio. It is the combination of halotherapy and movement — Saltyoga directly inside the salt room — that makes the place unusual among Stockholm's yoga studios.
