Studio Q Sthlm

Studio Q in Gärdet, Stockholm, is a specialist training studio focused on exercise during and after pregnancy. Founded by Benita Jonsson, a licensed physiotherapist and personal trainer, the studio offers Mammaträning Bootcamp, group conditioning classes and personal training, as well as physiotherapy and courses in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

In addition to the studio itself, there is an online programme via a dedicated app that includes follow-along sessions led by Benita, pelvic floor training and educational videos on women's health. Every Monday at 10.00 there is also an Active Pram Walk on Djurgården, open year round.

The atmosphere is coach-led and personal, with groups tailored for mothers and mothers-to-be, and it is practically possible to bring a baby along. What sets Studio Q apart is the combination of physiotherapeutic expertise and personal training directed specifically at pregnancy and postpartum recovery — a narrow and well-defined focus that is unusual in Stockholm.
