T2 Gym & Hälsa

T2 Gym & Hälsa in Bromma is a fully equipped gym with an associated studio operation at Follingbogatan 66. The gym floor of over 600 square metres is complemented by classes in YinYoga and the programme Starka Kvinnor genom livet, as well as Mamma/Barn classes in the dedicated studio. Personal training is offered both in PT groups and as individual PT sessions, and every new membership includes a personally tailored introductory session.

The atmosphere is defined by a sense of community rather than anonymity — the studio positions itself clearly as a meeting place rather than a pass to a room full of machines.
