Takkei is a personal training studio focused on individual strength and mobility training, with several locations in Stockholm — including on Östermalm (Sibyllegatan 42 and Linnégatan 18), on Kungsholmen, in Vasastan and in City/Norrmalm. The training is full-body based and built on a structured methodology with clear progression steps, where each session combines strength training and mobility work in a single appointment.

Each trainer works with one person at a time in small, stripped-back premises with no mirrors, no music and no other visitors to disrupt concentration. Mobile phones are left outside, and the studio provides freshly laundered training clothes and shoes — a format that is unusual in Stockholm's fitness landscape. The method is grounded in research and experience from elite sport, and has been refined since the studio opened in 2003.

Suited to those who want to train efficiently within limited time, prefer one-to-one coaching over group classes, and are looking for long-term progression rather than quick results.
