The Canadian Yogi

The Canadian Yogi is a yoga studio located in Vasastan, Stockholm, with a focus on a calm and welcoming atmosphere where practitioners can deepen their practice. Each class is carefully designed to suit different parts of the day – there are sessions adapted for lunchtime, evenings and weekends, making it possible to find a time that fits one's own lifestyle.

The studio deliberately keeps group sizes small, with a maximum of ten participants per class, creating space for personal attention and a more intimate atmosphere. Visitors are welcomed with a cup of tea and encouraged to stay after the session to socialise with others.

The physical address is at The School of Mindfulness, reached by going down the stairs to the right. Bringing your own mat is recommended, though mats can be borrowed on site. Doors are kept locked during ongoing classes, so punctuality is important. The content of the classes combines movement, meditation and breathing exercises in a format aimed at both beginners and more experienced practitioners.
