The Soul Studio

The Soul Studio in Saltsjö-Boo offers healing, massage, yoga and spiritual guidance in a small, personal setting at Tollare folkhögskola in Nacka. The offering covers Lymph Massage (using techniques from osteopathy and cupping), Holy Fire Reiki healing, distance healing, Spiritual coaching as well as Lymph Yoga, Yin Yoga and Medical Yoga. Those who cannot attend in person can also purchase a video package with Lymph Yoga for home use.

The studio is run by Susanna Säfsund, a certified lymph massage therapist, yoga instructor and Reiki Master in Usui/Holy Fire® V and Karuna Reiki®. Group sizes are limited to eight people per yoga class, creating a calm and focused format. It is a sole-practitioner studio with a clear specialisation in the lymphatic system and energy work — uncommon in the Swedish yoga landscape.

A good fit for those seeking gentler forms of movement combined with healing or recovery, and who value a small setting with personal follow-up. Also suitable for anyone curious about reiki, intuitive coaching conversations or wanting to learn how to look after their lymphatic system independently.
