Updog Bodies

Updog Bodies is a boutique studio located in Kvarnholmen in Nacka, offering a combination of yoga, pilates and functional movement. The studio works with fascia-informed movement methods, meaning that the training is designed with the body's connective tissue in mind to support flexibility, strength and mobility. Class sizes are kept deliberately small so that instructors can give individual attention to each participant.

The schedule includes both ongoing classes and structured courses and workshops. The offering includes yoga for beginners, hatha flow, vinyasa, AcroYoga, ballet for adults, pilates, as well as courses aimed at pregnant women and new mothers. There are also children's classes in the form of ballet courses for the age groups 4–5 and 6–8 years. Online classes are available as a complement to in-studio teaching.

The studio also offers corporate services and gift cards. Booking is done through the studio's own website, and there are subscriptions as well as single bookings to choose from. The current promotional offer gives unlimited access to yoga classes for four months for 3 000 kronor, valid until the end of June 2026.
