Vigour

Vigour is a personal training and strength gymnasium located at Sibyllegatan 19 in Östermalm, Stockholm. The gym is aimed at those who want to improve their body composition and strength using scientifically grounded methods and individually tailored training. Every new client undergoes a thorough evaluation that includes a movement assessment and an advanced 14-point body composition measurement, providing a detailed picture of subcutaneous fat and potential hormonal imbalances.

Based on the analysis, the coaching team creates a bespoke training and nutrition programme adapted to the client's physiology and goals. The team consists of certified coaches specialising in strength training, nutrition, and hormonal optimisation. Collaboration with laboratory partners also makes it possible to carry out blood tests and endocrine panels, supplementing training data with medical measurements.

Vigour offers free 15-minute consultations for those who wish to learn more about the working methods before committing to a programme. The gymnasium combines professional equipment with a coaching focus in which ongoing follow-up and programme adjustments are included as a natural part of the training process.
