3juveler

Föreningen 3 Juveler is a non-profit meditation centre on Södermalm in Stockholm, focused on the three foundations of Buddhism: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. The organisation offers meditation evenings, retreats and sangha gatherings where participants can deepen their practice in vipassana meditation and Buddhist teachings.

Instruction takes place in a community-oriented environment with an emphasis on stillness, wisdom and presence rather than achievement.
