W8 Challenge

W8 Challenge is a structured bootcamp programme in Norrmalm, Stockholm, run in rounds of eight weeks. Training takes place at Nordic Wellness on Tegnérgatan and includes three coached bootcamp sessions per week – Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 07:00. In addition to the sessions, the programme includes a personal nutrition plan, fitness tests before and after the programme, InBody analysis of body composition, and weekly challenges.

The sessions are led by the coaching duo Tomas Häggberg and Adam Oswald, and the group is kept deliberately small to allow for clear coaching and individual follow-up. What sets W8 Challenge apart from a regular gym membership is the cohesive programme structure – the same participants stay together throughout the entire period, and re-testing means that progress is actually visible in numbers.

Suitable for those who exercise occasionally but want a fixed structure to commit to, ideally with accountability and support from both coaches and fellow participants.
